Delivery and Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brighton soap. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment will be handled Via Royal Mail 3-5 business days, delivery delays can occasionally occur. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Brighton soap is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.K
It’s really important that you are happy with everything that we deliver. If you’re not completely satisfied with anything* that you have ordered from us, please return them within 14 days in a resalable condition and we will refund you. Please note that Brighton Soap will not cover the cost of return postage unless items are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. Please return your goods with a copy of your invoice and we will process your refund within 24 hours of receipt.
